Community Engagement:
Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
Identify opportunities to increase engagement and foster positive interactions.
Administrative Support:
Provide assistance in basic administrative tasks such as document scanning, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Collaborate with the team to maintain organized files and records.
Learning and Development:
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in social media marketing.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic about social media marketing with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
Familiarity with basic administrative tasks, including document scanning and basic budget tracking.
Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
