Position
Summary:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, employee relations & conflict resolution, benefits, corporate training, performance evaluation and management, record keeping, and organizational policies and procedures.
Representative Duties:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizational strategy.
Manages and oversees employees' recruitment, interviewing, and exit interviewing process by conducting orientation, onboarding, and corporate training requirements Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Develops, monitors, and implements overall HR strategies, systems, and tactics across the organization.
Updates and enforce policies and procedures uniformly throughout the organization.
Oversees and manages the performance appraisal system across the organization.
Manages and assesses the corporate training needs, and designs, implements, and monitors training programs for the organization.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements and maintains records and reporting requirements.
Provides HR Metrics with regular updates to management.
Maintains, administers, and implements employee benefits programs; recommends benefits programs.
Obtains and evaluates benefit bids and renewals.
Researches and oversees compensation standards and facilitates periodic salary benchmarking.
Manages human resources staff Provides confidential advice to employees and management for problem-solving in the workplace Nurtures a positive work environment for all employees.
Attends interdepartmental meetings with other managers or employees.
Fosters professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, maintaining certifications, and participating in professional organizations Other duties as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education (minimum/ level required):
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required Experience (minimum/ level required):
Three-Five years Human Resource experience Certification:
SHRM certified professional Specific Skills:
Must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with management and employees at all levels effectively.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, and best practices.

Physical Demands:
Ability to regularly move around, use hands and arms to handle, feel, reach, and talk and hear.
Occasional ability to lift and move up to ten pounds.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
Mathematical Skills:
Basic mathematic and calculation skills to include ability to calculate discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
Reasoning:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables, in standardized situations.
Work Environment:
General office environment usually with moderate noise level Equipment Used:
Telephone and facility in using calculators.
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and basic email and Internet skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
