75 an hour Lasell University is accepting applications for an Office Manager for the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
The Office Manager will report to the Director of Admission, and will provide a wide range of administrative, clerical, and operational support services to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.

Managing all daily campus visitors, scheduling new visits, rescheduling, confirming appointments and cancellations, assigning tour guides, publicizing the daily campus visitor schedule to the Undergraduate Admission staff, and handling the meet and greet of all undergraduate prospective students and their families Service as the face of Hamel House Guest Visitors Center and represent the University with utmost professionalism Follow-up with prospective students and parents via phone, text message, and email Serve as the Administrative Support person to the Undergraduate Admission office Assist with interviewing, training, and managing student workers for data entry and general office duties.
Mentor the Blue Key Society student ambassadors that work in the Undergraduate Admission Office Manage the screening and routing of phone calls to Admissions Counselors and all other department calls - Receive and handle incoming calls for the entire University Manage office infrastructure and serve as liaison with appropriate offices as needed (IT, Plant Operations, Registrar, Student Accounts, Financial Planning) Assist with special projects and assume other appropriate responsibilities as delegated by the senior staff Assist with planning and executing on-campus events Oversee all Undergraduate Admission Office logistics including ordering Lasell University swag, office supplies, and appropriate admissions marketing materials Uphold Hamel Visitor Center's professional appearance by setting standards and household procedures, property and system management, and safety and security protocols Financial Administration tasks:
admission deposits, managing staff expense administration, credit card reconciliation, and billing with outside vendors Secondary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Administrative Support person for the Marketing and Communications team Assist Lasell University Coaches with scheduling athletic recruit Campus Visits Coordinate all Graduate Admission tours Coordinate tours for prospective Lasell Village residents Assist Registrar and Financial Planning when needed Contribute to the overall success of the enrollment program and the university by performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Admission or the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED BY THE JOB:
Education level:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
Skills/Requirements of the Job:
2 to 3 years of experience working in a similar capacity within higher education or another related industry/position.
Computer skills:
Knowledge of Slate by Technolutions (enrollment management software) and MS Professional software packages is preferred.
